2022 Policy: Masks are still be required at large indoor gatherings and in classroom settings of all individuals. As per the policies at Earlham College, if you are fully vaccinated you will not be required to wear masks in community spaces; however, masks are still required of everyone in classrooms. To that end, we are requiring that everyone mask in presentation rooms, during our Poster session, and during the keynote speaker presentation (when not eating lunch). If you would feel more safe wearing a mask while in community spaces, you are more than welcome to do so.

If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of the conference, or are actively symptomatic, you should not attend. If you are a presenter, you can contact Jeff Stowell (jrstowell@eiu.edu) who will work with you to set up a livestreaming version of your presentation during the time listed in the program.
