Do I need to register for the conference?

Yes, all people attending must register and pay the registration fee to attend the conference.

Do I register and pay separately?

No, registration and payment are part of the same process.

Do I submit my abstract separately?

No, you will submit your abstract at the time you register. All abstracts are accepted upon submission (no separate review is required).

What if I am a first author of a presentation and a co-author of another presentation?

Only register ONCE--as a first author. You also only have to pay once!

Is there a word limit for the abstracts?

Yes, there is a limit of 400 characters (about 65 words), which includes spaces.
When does the conference begin and end?

Beginning and ending times may vary, but typically the first presentations are scheduled for 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning, following the continental breakfast. The conference usually concludes by 5:00 in the afternoon.
When will the conference program be posted on the web site?

Usually about 5 days before the conference.
What should I wear when I give my presentation?

Business attire or business casual attire is appropriate.
Are meals provided?

Yes. The registration fee includes the cost of light refreshments Friday evening, a continental-style breakfast Saturday morning, and lunch on Saturday.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

Cancellation requests prior to registration deadline: 100% refund

Cancellation requests after registration deadline, but before conference: 50% refund

No refunds after the start of the conference
Will a computer with PowerPoint and a projector be available?
